How do I accept or decline my RSVP for the wedding?

Please be sure to visit the RSVP page by March 7, 2025 so Drew and Hilary can plan accordingly. The couple can’t wait to see you! If you have already RSVP'd and need to change your response, please contact Drew and Hilary. If you are unable to join them, you will be missed!

Is transportation provided for the wedding?

Yes, transportation will be provided for guests to both the Ceremony + Cocktail Hour (Gascoigne Bluff Park) and the Reception (Captain’s Bluff). Complimentary transportation will pick up before the ceremony and drop off at the end of the evening at the hotel block, The Inn by Sea Island. Given there is very limited on-site parking for private vehicles, we appreciate all guests taking the transportation provided.

Transportation Pick Up: 3:15pm at the front entryway of The Inn at Sea Island.

What Should I Wear?

The Welcome Party is Dressy Casual. Button-downs, chinos/khakis, blouses, casual cocktail dresses and sundresses are all welcome.

The Wedding Ceremony and Reception are “Coastal Cocktail”. Drew and Hilary know you will look stunning in suits, ties, jackets, cocktail dresses, and cocktail jumpsuits.

Please Note: Wedding Ceremony and Reception are outside on grassy lawn, so please choose your footwear accordingly!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Reflective of Southern summers, warmer temperatures and rising humidity combine to yield highs ranging from mid-80s°F to lows of mid-60s°F.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

While Hilary and Drew love your little ones, the wedding is an adults-only event. They appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with the couple!

Can I bring a date?

Drew and Hilary are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify who have been invited in your honor. If you received a +1 they will appear under your name when you RSVP. 

May I take photos?

The couple kindly asks for the Ceremony to be "unplugged" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give them is being fully present as they say "I Do"! After the Ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes, please see Travel & Stay for more information on how to book your reservation at The Inn by Sea Island. Please book by April 16, 2025 to participate in the room block discounted rate.

Do I have to stay at the hotel block?

While Drew and Hilary highly encourage all guests to stay at the hotel block, it is not mandatory to stay at the hotel block at The Inn by Sea Island. There are many beautiful beach houses in the area which can be found via VRBO and Airbnb. There also many other hotels in the area including, but not limited to, The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort, Village Inn & Pub, Sea Palms Resort, and Hotel Simone.

What time is the wedding?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm on May 17, 2025. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you utilize the provided transportation for the day, you will arrive at the appropriate time.

Is there an after party?

If you know anything about Hilary and Drew, you bet there is! Please join the newly married couple at The Inn by Sea Island, the room block, to continue the celebrations. The after party will include Topgolf Swing Suites, food, and a cash bar. Let’s keep this party going!!

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

They will be serving hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour and there will be food stations with several types of cuisines to choose from at the reception. Drew and Hilary are sure you will be full and happy!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, but please take note that both locations are outside on grassy lawn.
